Account & data deletion

Apple App Store requirement

You can request deletion of your account and associated data. We will verify ownership of the email on your account before completing erasure where technically and legally possible (some records may be retained if required for tax, fraud prevention, or law).

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and authentication record (Supabase Auth user).
  • App data tied to your user id (e.g. saved Smart Notes, practice history), subject to backups expiring.

Self-service deletion (fastest)

If you can sign in to your VyomPrep account, you can erase it immediately from the dashboard — no email, no waiting.

Open dashboard → Delete account

Can’t sign in? Email us instead

  1. Fill the form below from any device — we use it only to pre-fill an email to our team.
  2. Type DELETE in the confirmation box to show you understand the request is permanent.
  3. Tap Send deletion request — your mail app will open to support@kshatr.com. We verify ownership of the email before erasing the account.
