All study materials, video-to-notes generation logic, and educational content provided on VyomPrep are the exclusive property of Kshatryx Technologies. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or sharing of this material is strictly prohibited.
3. User Accounts
Your account is for personal use only. Sharing your login credentials with others may result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.
4. Subscriptions & Refunds
Paid plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase and processed via Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which offers a 7-day satisfaction window from the date of purchase.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
