1. The Services
VyomPrep provides educational tools for IIT-JEE, NEET, and related preparation, including practice content, AI-assisted explanations, Smart Notes, and related features. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behaviour; no harassment of others.
- No attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems beyond normal use.
- AI outputs are study aids, not professional advice; verify critical facts with teachers or official sources.
- Respect intellectual property of VyomPrep, instructors, and third parties.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans (e.g. PRO) are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where applicable.
5. Intellectual property
VyomPrep and its licensors own the Services, branding, and original content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial study purposes, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Exam outcomes depend on many factors; we do not guarantee scores or ranks.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VyomPrep and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
