1. Information we collect

• Account data: email and profile information you provide when you sign up (e.g. via Supabase Auth).
• Usage data: how you use VyomPrep (e.g. practice attempts, saved notes, preferences) stored in our database.
• Content you submit: text you paste (e.g. lecture transcripts, doubts), YouTube URLs you provide for Smart Notes, and messages to AI tutors — processed to deliver the service.

2. AI processing

We use third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini) to generate Smart Notes, hints, tutor replies, and similar features. When you use these features, relevant portions of your input (such as question text, transcripts, or prompts) are sent to those providers under their terms and privacy policies. We do not use your data to train public models unless we explicitly notify you and obtain consent where required.

3. How we use data

• To provide, maintain, and improve VyomPrep (including personalization and analytics).
• To process payments and subscriptions where applicable.
• To respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data storage & security

Data is hosted on infrastructure we control or our subprocessors use (e.g. Supabase, Vercel). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. To request account deletion, see our Account deletion page or contact us via Contact & support.

6. Children

VyomPrep is intended for students preparing for competitive exams. If you believe we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
