VyomPrep subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly state otherwise in writing (for example, a limited promotional guarantee).
If you believe a charge was made in error (duplicate charge, technical failure, or unauthorized use), contact us from Contact & support with your registered email and transaction details. We will review requests in line with our Terms of Service and payment partner rules.
For account-related issues, you may also use the Account deletion flow where appropriate.
